This is the bridge between Hanover,NH and Norwich , VtIt is a wonderfull place on the road to Baking School at King Arthur Flour. I have in the past few years enjoyed learning from the kind folks there. I recommend it as a place to share fun and learn new things.
They have a wonderful schedule that covers many interests and aspects of baking.
My focus is "Bread" but I have also tried many other things with some success and I will post that stuff as well.
This being my 1st attempt at a "Blog" I will focus it on the things I enjoy doing. Bread has become a great way to relax and share something we all enjoy.
