So I just never did like beets and then a few weeks back I got the Roasted Veggie sandwich and there in my food was a roasted beet with my bite mark in it . That means I ate a Beet Root ....

So I decided to make a bread out of one 8 Oz beet and This is wild looking bread.

Beet bread looks interesting but how does it taste?
I have to say the baked version looks a lot more appetizing than the uncooked version. And I am impressed you tried this! I know your affection for beets! LOL!
I avoided beets till I was a 20something and "accisentally ate some that were roasted in a salad. i'm now and addict - I grew a friggin' bushel this past summer. I'll have to try the bread, its looks great.
